The arrest warrant issued by the Western District Court is unfair, and it may be a variable in the investigation schedule.

Shortly after the investigation of the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit, Yoon Suk Yeol's lawyers issued a statement and said they filed an arrest suit with the Seoul Central District Court.

The execution process of the arrest warrant issued by the Seoul Western District Court by the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit is illegal.

The court that received the arrest suit must set an interrogation date and take over the relevant records from the investigative agency to consider their legality.

If the arrest is deemed unfair or unnecessary, the suspect can be released, and if it is for the purpose of obstructing the investigation, it can be dismissed without questioning.

The Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit must request an arrest warrant within 48 hours of arresting President Yoon,
The interrogation procedure can be a variable in the investigation as the time taken in the
