Police prepare for contingency of anti-impeachment rally near Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit

As of 8 a.m. today (16th), the Gyeonggi Southern Police Agency is preparing for contingencies by deploying three mobile units and one unit near the Gwacheon Government Complex and the Seoul Detention Center, respectively.

After President Yoon Suk Yeol was arrested earlier, the anti-impeachment rally site of President Yoon's supporters also moved from Hannam-dong, Seoul to Gwacheon, Gyeonggi-do.Supporters of President Yoon

plan to hold a rally against the impeachment of the president near the Gwacheon Government Complex from 10 a.m. today.

The police will decide whether to deploy additional police forces depending on the situation of the rally later.
