Jin Sung-joon, chairman of the policy committee of the Democratic Party of Korea, said that Acting President Choi Sang-mok should not follow the "Yoon Seok-yeol's incongruous DNA," asking for cooperation to manage state affairs and overcome the economic crisis.

At the policy coordination meeting, Chairman Jin stressed that the vicious cycle of sluggish domestic demand, employment decline and weak consumption, accelerated by the civil war, is plunging our economy into a swamp of despair.

He then said that the creation of an extra budget to overcome the civil war will be the beginning of cooperation, and asked the people to actively participate in the discussion.

Senior spokesman Cho Seung-rae also urged the National Assembly to begin the process of setting up an extra budget as soon as possible, saying at a briefing, "How long are you going to only talk about sound finances?"
