Rampage at the property after dosing drugs...Arrested in their 20s

The Gwangju Dongbu Police Station is investigating a man in his 20s on charges of jumping from a lodging facility after taking drugs.

A went on a rampage this morning (16th) by climbing onto the railing on the fourth floor of a motel in Daein-dong, Dong-gu, Gwangju, and shouting for help.
