However, today's defense is proceeding as scheduled as the Constitutional Court has decided not to accept the application after discussion.

First, the National Assembly explained the reasons for the prosecution with issues such as declaring emergency rules, blocking and breaking into the National Assembly, breaking into the Central Election Commission, declaring a decree, and ordering judges to be arrested and detained.

President Yoon claimed that he violated the Constitution by declaring martial law that did not meet the requirements at all, saying that it is an "emergency martial law" to allow concentration of power similar to dictatorship in an emergency.

The answer reportedly said that the decree No. 1 was a copy of the example sentence when former Minister Kim had the right to dissolve the National Assembly to the former president.
