President Yoon rejects the investigation itself following the exercise of the right to remain silent
Corruption Investigations Unit Considers Response Afterwards...Presidential forced inches are also possible.
After the arrested president of Yoon Suk Yeol exercised his right to remain silent, the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit is considering countermeasures as he has not responded to the investigation at all.
In principle, President Yoon can be forcibly summoned to investigate, but some analysts say that the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit will not choose it.
Reporter Kim Joo-young reports.

The high-ranking government official's criminal investigation office has prepared a 200-page questionnaire to investigate the arrested president of Yoon Suk Yeol.
It is known to range from questions about the legitimacy of martial law's issuance to questions about whether it was ordered to prevent the execution of arrest warrants.
However, President Yoon remained tight-lipped in the first investigation immediately after his arrest, and refused to investigate itself within a day.
[Park Sung-bae / Lawyer: President Yoon seems to have decided that there is no need to respond at this stage because it is obvious that an arrest warrant is requested or prosecuted anyway]
The Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit is considering subsequent procedures.
Unlike the arrest warrant, the arrest warrant was found to have a forced inch effect.
In other words, even if you don't receive a separate letter of arrest, you can forcibly pull President Yoon out of the detention center and investigate him.
An official from the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit also said that he knew that it was possible to force President Yoon to measure it, and that it should be reviewed later.
The problem is that President Yoon is also likely to exercise his right to remain silent, and it is also a burden to forcefully bring in President Yoon, who will not come out.
For this reason, an alternative is to send an airborne inspection to a detention center to attempt a business trip investigation.
Nevertheless, as a number of statements and circumstances have already been secured from key figures in martial law to prove President Yoon's charges, there is a high possibility that he will seek an arrest warrant without further investigation.
