On the day of the December 3 emergency martial law, it was confirmed that the prosecution's indictment contained circumstantial evidence that the Defense Security Command asked the police for support and delivered a specific list of arrests.

He also pointed out that he also reported this to then-Police Commissioner Jo Ji-ho.

On the 8th, the prosecution handed over Cho Ji-ho, the National Police Agency Commissioner, and Kim Bong-sik, the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, to trial on charges of important civil war missions.

However, it has been confirmed that these indictments contain circumstantial evidence that the Defense Security Command requested the National Investigation Headquarters of the police to support the arrest team and delivered the list of arrest targets.

According to Commissioner Jo Ji-ho's indictment, Koo In-hoe, head of the investigation and coordination department at the counterintelligence agency, spoke twice with Lee Hyun-il, head of the investigation planning department at the National Assembly, for 20 minutes from 11:32 p.m. on the day of martial law.

At the time, Chief Koo requested, "Send 100 police personnel and 20 convoys to the National Assembly as much as possible," and

answered 'Han Dong-hoon, representative Lee Jae-myung' when the chief asked 'who are you arresting?'

It was also included that the chief Lee reported to the police chief, Jo Ji-ho, through the investigation planning coordinator, "Please support the five arrest groups of Han Dong-hoon."

He also noted that he also informed National Investigation Headquarters Director Woo Jong-soo of the request for counterintelligence support and the report of the relevant list to Commissioner Cho.

Police denied, saying they were all untrue.

In a media announcement, he explained, "Police Commissioner Cho Ji-ho and others have never been briefed on the list of arrests, and the head of the investigation planning department has never been told to arrest Lee Jae-myung and Han Dong-hoon."

However, the special investigation headquarters of the prosecution's emergency martial law judged that Commissioner Cho aided and abetted the illegal arrest support request for politicians without any action.

Starting with former Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun, attention is being paid to whether all the authenticity, including whether or not to deliver the arrest list, will be determined in the future trial of key figures in the emergency martial law crisis.
