After his arrest by the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit, President Yoon Suk Yeol applied for a change in the second hearing date of the impeachment trial, but it was not accepted.
As a result, the argument, which had been revolving around once due to President Yoon's absence, began in earnest.
First, the National Assembly asked the president to quickly remove Yoon from office so that the enemy of the Constitution and the enemy of democracy could not act again.
The reasons for the prosecution were the declaration of emergency rules, the blockade and invasion of the National Assembly, the invasion of the Central Election Commission, the declaration of a decree, and the order of arrest and detention of judges.
On the other hand, President Yoon's side countered that the president had no choice but to declare emergency martial law, saying he had received a lot of reports about fraudulent elections.
The security of the NEC's system is very poor, and it was also claimed that the equipment was provided by Ssangbangwool's affiliate, which is suspected of sending money to North Korea.President
Yoon also appealed to the judges, asking them to let the president say everything he wanted to say and earnestly asking them to let him leave without regret.
The Constitutional Court designated the 6th, 11th, and 13th as additional dates, following the 21st, 23rd, and 4th of the following month.
President Yoon protested, saying that the deadline was too tight even though he was not a robot, but
