A court rejected an arrest suit filed by Yoon Suk Yeol's president in more than six hours.

The winning move of the current president, who was arrested for the first time in constitutional history, ended in nothing again this time.

The conclusion of the arrest suit filed by President Yoon Suk Yeol was dismissed.

After confirming the positions of both sides for about two hours, the Seoul Central District Court's Criminal Chamber 32 decided in just six hours.

During the interrogation, the president repeated the claim that the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit had no right to investigate rebellion, and that the Seoul Western District Court itself, not the jurisdiction court, was illegal and invalid.

[Seok Dong-hyun / Yoon Suk Yeol Presidential Counsel: (The Airborne Division) got a warrant to invalidate the law in violation of the jurisdiction of the court, and mobilized a large number of police officers in a really rough and illegal way....]

However, the court of the Seoul Central District Court judged that the president's argument lacked convincing power. This is not the first time that President Yoon

has raised issues with legal proceedings.

When the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit obtained the first arrest warrant, it was rejected by the Seoul Western District Court, and the authority dispute trial and provisional injunction application card submitted to the Constitutional Court also failed.

In addition, as the arrest suit filed with the Central District Court was rejected, there is an analysis that President Yoon's argument has once again lost its power.

In particular, the decision to dismiss the Central District Court is expected to be a bigger blow, as the president has demanded that "the proceedings be carried out in the Central District Court, not in the Western District Court."
