The Constitutional Court announced yesterday (16th) that it will continue its "twice-a-week trial" by setting an additional date for the impeachment trial of President Yoon Suk Yeol.

Four days later, the third hearing date for President Yoon's impeachment trial is set to take place.

It's about the presidential impeachment trial. The 6th to 8th hearings are on Thursday, February 6, Tuesday, February 11, and Thursday, February 13. Each was assigned at 10 a.m. in batches.

All five witnesses applied by the claimant have been adopted, and the date of examination of witnesses is Thursday, January 23, Tuesday, February 4, and Thursday, February 6.

The respondent's request for fact-finding on the Central Election Commission and a witness application for Kim Yong-hyun were adopted.

As a result of the judge's review on January 17, the date of the witness examination was partially changed.

The interrogation date for witness Kim Yong-hyun applied by the respondent is 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 23, and the interrogation date for witness Kwak Jong-geun applied by the claimant is 2 p.m. on Thursday, February 6.

In addition, the respondent additionally adopted a witness application for Kim Hyun-tae, and the interrogation date is 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 6.

We also adopted an application for requesting the sending of documents to three places, including the presidential office of the respondent.
