Prosecutors in their 50s sent 120 bottles of rice to the north.

In November last year, Incheon Ganghwa Police Station sent a man in his 50s who threw 121 plastic bottles containing rice toward the North Korean sea from Seokmo Bridge to the prosecution.

The police judged that Mr. A in his 50s violated the Disaster Safety Act by violating the executive order prohibiting sending leaflets to North Korea throughout Ganghwa-gun.

In a police investigation, Mr. A personally prepared a plastic bottle of rice when he heard that North Koreans were hungry and stated that he was not affiliated with a North Korean defector group.
