Deputy Security Officer, Controversy Over Presidential Song, "Don't you sing congratulatory songs for your friend?"

Kim Sung-hoon, deputy head of the security service, was controversial because he reportedly planned an event to celebrate the establishment of the security service as a presidential birthday party and even made a tribute song.

Deputy Chief Kim, who attended the police, responded that there was nothing wrong with him, saying, "Isn't there a birthday party or a congratulatory song between friends?"

Kim Sung-hoon, deputy head of the security service, was also embroiled in a controversy over mobilizing the security service organization and staff at various events to win the favor of President Yoon and his wife.

A case in point is the suspicion that Kim Gun-hee rented a luxury car for her birthday to hold an event or have her bodyguards buy her dog's clothes instead.

However, on December 18th of last year, it was belatedly revealed that the security service held a commemorative event for the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the security service on the birthday of President Yoon Suk Yeol and even made and sang a tribute song.

The song, which rewritten a famous musical song, contains explicit praise for President Yoon.

After taking office, he calculated the time in minutes and expressed it as the president sent by heaven to us, and the security officials were found to have sung the song in chorus at the time.

Deputy Director Kim, who is known to have planned the event, did not deny that he prepared a presidential birthday party and a tribute song, but drew a line to the criticism that it was a private use.

Apart from business, it's a world where people live. Don't you do that for a colleague sitting next to our desk even if it's his birthday?]

He also claimed that the event was outside of security and that no taxes were ever paid.

In this regard, an official from the Security Service responded to the YTN reporters, saying, "Who would have done it because they were forced to take it from the atmosphere of the top and bottom?"

Deputy Chief Kim also delivered President Yoon's remarks to his supporters at the meeting,

Inside and outside the security office, some pointed out that the government is conducting a public opinion campaign for the president after blocking the execution of arrest warrants.
