In December last year, 210 consultations on humidifiers were filed with the Korea Consumer Agency, up 3.4 times from a month ago, the highest increase.
The reason for the consultation was that there were many contents related to the quality of humidifiers, such as leaking water or not working normally.
Compared to a year ago, the item with the most increase in consumer counseling was credit cards, with most of the smishing damage caused by card issuance.
The Korea Consumer Agency said to apply for counseling at the 1372 Consumer Counseling Center or Consumer24 with supporting documents if you are damaged.
