The ruling party, which is questioning the procedural legitimacy of the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit's investigation, raised the level of criticism over the recently revealed "suspicious public knowledge" as an act of "crime department store level."
On the other hand, the opposition compared the president to a "lawmaker" who requested an arrest suit, saying that the issue of legitimacy has been resolved as the court reaffirmed the legality of the arrest.

The consistent logic of the people's power is that the high-ranking government official's criminal investigation office does not have the right to investigate rebellion.
On top of that, the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit did a "warrant shopping" requesting an arrest warrant in a place other than the jurisdiction court, and now it is a "crime department store."
The Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit pressed the 55th Guard commander, who was in charge of the security of the official residence, to receive a permit stamp and even to paste it roughly, claiming that it constitutes at least four crimes.
[Sung Il-jong / National People's Power (Chairman of National Assembly National Defense Committee): It was a department store of criminal law, including clear abuse of authority, obstruction of the execution of official affairs, the crime of writing false official documents, and the crime of obstruction of the execution of official affairs by hierarchies.]
In addition, the Democratic Party of Korea defended the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit, saying that it was not flawed as an official letter of investigation cooperation.
He also pointed out that the Seoul Central District Court, which believed in such a way, also judged that the execution of the warrant was legitimate, and that the problems raised by the ruling party have been resolved.
There was also an expression comparing the president, who requested the legality of his arrest, to a misdemeanor and a legal crane.
[Seo Young-kyo / Democratic Party of Korea: Those smart, law-savvy people have all said, "No to the Western District Court, no to the Corruption Investigations Unit," but let me tell you that justice beats the law-breakers.]
The opposition party has begun to widen the front line by recalling the suspicion of pollack bacteria, which has been somewhat removed from interest in the aftermath of martial law, and demanding a forced investigation into Kim Gun-hee.
The ruling party seems to be struggling to respond to the public opinion war, even though it defines it as a "scarce," saying that even one should be completed properly.
