Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit Claims President Yoon's Arrest Warrant

For the first time in constitutional history, the High-ranking Public Officials Crime Bureau has requested an arrest warrant for a sitting president.

Regarding the background of requesting an arrest warrant from the Western District Court rather than the Central District Court, he explained that he has usually requested an arrest warrant from the court that issued the arrest warrant.

He emphasized that he also considered the fact that the investigation rights of the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit and the controversy over the jurisdiction court were ended through arrest and redemption.
