With about three hours left before the arrest of President Yoon Suk Yeol, a vehicle from the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit arrives in front of the Seoul Western District Court.
After getting out of the car, investigators carry several boxes of documents into a cart, and enter the building.
The Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit, which has sought an arrest warrant for a sitting president for the first time in constitutional history, said it had submitted 150 pages of documents to the court, including the bill.

About six to seven prosecutors from the Senior Prosecutor's Office will attend the pre-arrest interrogation at 2 p.m. today (18th).
Through the interrogation, prosecutors at the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit are expected to reiterate the need for arrest, and it is expected that the arrest will be decided as early as tonight (18th).
Regarding the reason for choosing the Western District Court rather than the Central District Court, the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit explained, "It is customary to request an arrest warrant from the court that issued the arrest warrant."
