President Yoon, who was arrested on the 15th, was immediately detained at the Seoul Detention Center after being investigated by the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit.
The next day, he continued his claim of an 'illegal warrant' by requesting an arrest suit,
Until the 17th, we have rejected all requests for further investigation by the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit.
He said he had already said enough in the first investigation, so he wouldn't go out further, so he endured it at the detention center.
However, as the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit requested an arrest warrant, President Yoon left the detention center three days later and headed to the court for an arrest examination.
In the meantime, President Yoon, who has lived in plain clothes in the detention center, attended the court in a suit.
Since then, he sat in the center of the courtroom with eight lawyers, including lawyer Yoon Gap-geun and former chairman of the Korea Communications Commission Kim Hong-il, and conducted a long interrogation.
On the other hand, the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit prepared for the warrant review because six prosecutors, including Cha Jung-hyun, came out more than an hour earlier.
As the fate of the organization is determined whether President Yoon will be arrested or not, he/she did his/her best to prove the allegations by reviewing the investigation records until the end.
President Yoon's lawyers and prosecutors at the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit, led by a former prosecutor general, had a heated debate over the current head of state.
