Samsung C&T won the redevelopment order for Hannam District 4 in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, where the first and second-largest companies in the construction industry competed.

With this order, Samsung has further strengthened its position by entering the Hannam New Town business, and there is still a task to keep the unprecedented promises that have been poured out of the order.

The Hannam District 4 order competition, which competed across the company with pride and practicality at once, ended with the victory of Samsung C&T, the No. 1 player in the industry.

After four intense rounds of raw and aggressive presentations, the union chose Samsung by a double margin.

The selection of a contractor for a maintenance project is routine, but this order was a very unusual match.

This is because it is a large-scale business with 1.6 trillion won and excellent business potential, and the vision of the two companies, "Hyundai Town Expansion" and "Hannam New Town Entry", is combined.

Samsung C&T has proposed securing 100% of the members' households' view of the Han River, paying 31.4 billion won for the construction cost increase before the start of construction, lending 150% of LTV's migration expenses, and a maximum four-year grace period for the members' contribution.

Hyundai Engineering & Construction claimed that Samsung C&T's design structure made it impossible to have a 100% view and that its apartment secured more view, but it failed to move the hearts of its members.

It is interpreted that Samsung C&T, which has solidified its position with this order, has also gained an advantage in winning the Apgujeong District 3, which is considered the biggest fish in the Seoul redevelopment project.
