On the afternoon of the 19th local time, Netanyahu said he would not implement a ceasefire until he received a hostage list to be released as agreed.
"Israel will not tolerate violations of the agreement," he said, adding that "all responsibility rests with Hamas."
According to the cease-fire agreement, which is scheduled to take effect at 8:30 a.m. local time on the 19th, Hamas must submit a hostage list at least 24 hours before the release of the hostage.
At 4 p.m. on the 19th, the first day of the ceasefire announcement, Hamas will release three Israeli female hostages.
Israel's Justice Ministry previously announced a list of 95 Palestinian prisoners to be released in exchange for the release of hostages, but Hamas is said to have yet to hand over the list of freed hostages.
