Ruling party asks supporters of Western District Court riot to "exert self-restraint"

People's Power urged supporters to exercise restraint in the Western District Court shortly after Yoon Suk Yeol's arrest.

In the emergency committee's statement, he said, "I fully understand the sadness and heartbreak of the supporters who watched the arrest warrant review all night in the cold weather."

However, he appealed to no one to protest by violent means, such as entering the court building, and to prevent further clashes.
