Chairman Woo said, "The Western District Court stormed, serious criminal acts...Severe punishment is necessary."

National Assembly Speaker Woo Won-sik criticized the Western District Court as a serious criminal act that directly denies the Constitution of the Republic of Korea and the rule of law.

Chairman Woo sent a statement to the media, saying that it is a real threat to the constitutional institution, which is no different from the case in which armed soldiers invaded the National Assembly with the December 3 emergency martial law.

He then emphasized the need for quick investigation and severe punishment, saying that extreme actions by some forces that threaten the rule of law must be firmly reprimanded and confronted together.
