Pastor Jeon said at the "National Association of Japan Service" held in front of the Donghwa Duty Free Shop in Gwanghwamun on the 19th, "The right to resistance has already been invoked, and the right to resistance is above the constitution."
"10 million people should gather this Saturday," he said, adding, "We can bring President Yoon out of the detention center because the people's right to resist has been activated."
This suggests that even though there are judicial procedures that all citizens must follow, they can be violated with the power of the majority.
Regarding President Yoon's arrest, Pastor Jeon said, "It's okay. Once, he should be arrested, he said. "Former President Lee Seung-man and former President Park Chung-hee were also arrested. You have to temper in your cell so that you can do your last second half of the ministry properly," he said.
He also claimed, "If President Yoon's martial law had been successful, he would have been arrogant to the end of the sky, saying, 'I did it,'" adding, "God's imprisonment of President Yoon is trying to give us a chance and Gwanghwamun."
Pastor Jeon added that he plans to leave for the United States after the rally later in the day to attend President Donald Trump's inauguration.
Meanwhile, some far-right YouTubers held a press conference in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, where the presidential residence is located, later in the day, and claimed, "We urge the Western District Court to stop the coercive investigation of 'patriotic citizens' instigated by some violent participants and to release them as soon as possible."
A YouTuber said, "It seems that intensive judicial proceedings will follow, and we need to root out the leaders who instigated violent protests, not the citizens who were instigated."
Critics point out that YouTubers, who have encouraged violence with violent remarks and criticized judges who issued arrest warrants and arrest warrants for President Yoon through YouTube channels, are misleading the reality by making claims as if there is a separate "leader" of violence, rather than reflecting on them.
