Acting President Kim made the remarks today (20th) in a questioning of pending issues at the National Assembly's Legislative and Judiciary Committee, saying, "I don't think this disturbance should happen."
He then explained that the Supreme Prosecutors' Office also ordered a thorough investigation, and that the investigative agency will clearly clarify the facts in consideration of the severity of the matter.
When asked if the situation could be viewed as a civil war, he said he thought the legal evaluation would be subject to further review.
