An emergency meeting of the Supreme Court justices on the riot at the Seoul Western District Court was held from 9:30 a.m. today.
After the meeting, Chun Dae-yup, the head of the court administration, attended the National Assembly Legislation and Judiciary Committee and reported on the related information.
First, the issuance of an arrest warrant for President Yoon Suk Yeol was reported by the media around 3 a.m., and about seven minutes later, supporters who were protesting nearby reported that they were excited and broke into the compound.
In addition, around the 21st minute, supporters broke the window and entered the court to find Judge Cha, who had already left work.
Supporters confirmed that it was raised to the seventh floor of the court, and they also said that there were signs of deliberate damage to the warrant judge's room in the seventh floor judge's office.
However, it was found that Judge Cha's room was located on another floor and did not break in.
Police began entering and arresting supporters inside the courthouse at around 3:30 a.m., and in the meantime, court staff were evacuated to rooftops or underground.
It was around 7:30 in the morning when most of the protesters dispersed, but Minister Cheon said that the damage seems to have been between 600 and 700 million won so far, considering only the physical damage.

At the same time, the Supreme Court justices voiced concern about the situation?
[Reporter]
That's right.
Chief Cheon said the justices gathered to share a lot of concerns, adding that there were opinions that total denial of the rule of law should be viewed as a very serious issue and that a clear position should be arranged.
At the emergency Supreme Court Justice's meeting, there was also a reflective story that the judiciary needs to look back.
If the public does not trust whether all trials were conducted quickly and without equity issues, they should reflect on them and try.
Chen also said there was a need to revise the judicial system, which places a significant burden on individual judges, as in advanced countries, and that there was a need for legislative improvement.
