Starting today, the World Economic Forum will be held in Davos, a Swiss resort, where politicians and business leaders from around the world will gather to discuss pending issues.
Unique protesters calling for the resolution of economic inequality drew attention around the venue ahead of the opening.

Protesters called the World Economic Forum the World Exploitation Forum and pointed to the seriousness of economic polarization.
[Alex Sattler / Protestant: We want the World Economic Forum gone. Because the transactions that take place here are not controlled by the democratic system.]

It is a sarcastic performance for some advanced countries that want to monopolize resources by building global supply chains.
There have also been calls to address inequality by paying more taxes to the rich.
[Marlene Engelhorn / Millionaire Heiress] We need to tax the rich more. Inequality is growing, and climate change is catastrophic. We're looking at what democracy faces when we don't take issue with inequality.

Protesters also staged a make-up show, claiming that the renewed Trump era would add uncertainty to the global economy.

The four-day forum will cover a variety of topics from the international community, including geopolitical and economic uncertainties and trade conflicts, climate change and artificial intelligence.
