A new drama will be released in March, in which actors Jeon Hye-jin and Cho Min-soo will work together as mother and daughter at an academy in Daechi-dong.
Genie TV announced today (20th) that it will release the drama "Riding Life" on March 3.The drama
is a family drama about what happens when the main character, a "working mother," asks his mother, who was a "single mother," for a so-called "riding" to take his daughter to the academy.
Jeon Hye-jin plays working mom Lee Jung-eun. She is a marketer in the beauty industry and tries not to fall behind in her seven-year-old daughter's education. I will ask my mother to send me to the same house as my young daughter's academy.
Jeon Hye-jin suspended all activities in December 2023 when her spouse, Lee Sun-kyun, ended his life on his own. He appeared in the films "Revolver" and "Cross," which were released last year, but this is the first time he will return to the small screen.
Cho Min-soo plays Yoon Ji-ah, her mother who raised her daughter Jeong-eun alone without a husband as a child art therapist at a university hospital. As he starts to take his granddaughter to Daechi-dong, he sees the scene of private education he didn't know.
The production team said, "We captured the story of the three mothers and daughters in a realistic light on the field of early childhood private education that was not seen in previous dramas."
