As a result, the concentration of ultrafine dust in the Seoul metropolitan area, including Seoul and Gyeonggi, soared to the level of "very bad," which is four times the usual level.

Following Incheon and Gyeonggi Province, an "ultra-fine dust warning" has been issued in Seoul since noon.
