Floor leader Park Chan-dae said at the launch ceremony that the Human Rights Commission, which should protect the human rights of the people, has been reduced to the "Yoon Suk Yeol Advocacy Committee," and asked the Democratic Party of Korea's Human Rights Commission to be the last bastion of human rights.
The Democratic Human Rights Commission of Korea plans to strengthen the process of verifying human rights members by distributing statements and holding press conferences to the agenda presented to the National Human Rights Commission and introducing its own recommendation committee for candidates for the National Human Rights Commission.
Earlier last month, the NHRCK deliberated and rejected the "ex officio investigation on the declaration of emergency martial law" in a private committee, and proposed a proposal to recommend President Yoon's defense rights in the impeachment trial.
