The special investigation team suspects that Director Lee may have moved firearms and live ammunition from the armory under President Yoon's direction.

He also booked President Yoon on charges of obstructing the execution of special public affairs, believing that there was an order from President Yoon, the "peak" in the process of preventing the execution of the warrant.
