President Donald Trump's inauguration speech, which was inaugurated as the 47th U.S. president, was given a mixed evaluation by the U.S. media and their tendencies.

"As Trump vows to usher in a new era of national success, he gives an optimistic outlook that a wave of change is sweeping the country," conservative Fox News reported.

The Wall Street Journal also reported, "Trump has declared a new golden age in the United States," and "declared a major policy change, vowing to push ahead with tasks related to border, energy and government reform first."

On the other hand, CNN pointed out, "Trump's display of power is based on a strong view of presidential power," adding, "It shows that a second term could cause great confusion at home and abroad."

The New York Times also pointed out that "Trump painted a grim picture of a crumbling country," adding, "He rarely omitted noble themes or integrated expressions, and often explained policies that caused division."
