The Western District Court issued an arrest warrant yesterday (20th) for a man in his 50s, A, on charges of obstructing the execution of special public affairs, saying he could escape.
Mr. A is accused of occupying a lane near his official residence in Hannam-dong, Seoul, on the 4th and taking a walkie-talkie and throwing it at the head of a police officer to hurt his forehead.
However, the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions said it sued the person who posted the post and the media for reporting it, saying that the police officer was in a coma on the anonymous community of office workers, but it turned out not to be true.
