Gyeonggi Province Governor Kim Dong-yeon reiterated the need for a bipartisan response to make the inauguration of U.S. President Donald Trump an opportunity for the Korean economy.

Governor Kim said on his SNS that the second Trump administration was launched, and that he really has no time now.

If we waste more time here, the crisis will be charged at an enormous cost, he said, adding that the situation of not being able to even send a special envoy to the inauguration should not continue.

Governor Kim is currently staying in Davos, Switzerland, attending the Davos Forum.
