Citizens' Coalition for Economic Justice Claims for Emergency Security Constitutional Complaint... "Invasion of Basic Rights"

A civic group filed a constitutional petition, claiming that the basic rights of the people were seriously violated by the Yoon Suk Yeol president's declaration of emergency martial law.

The Citizens' Coalition for Economic Justice held a press conference in front of the Constitutional Court today (21st) and urged them to confirm that the emergency martial law has undermined their freedom of political activity and expression.

In filing a constitutional petition, the Citizens' Coalition for Economic Justice also submitted a petition calling for President Yoon's immediate dismissal.
