Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon said in a recent poll that the cause of public sentiment in relation to the rising approval rating of the ruling party lies with the Democratic Party of Korea itself, and that it should be used as a lesson.

Mayor Oh criticized the Democratic Party on social media, saying, "It used to be 'Kakao Talk Martial Law' to censor even private conversations of the people, but this time, it started 'Public Opinion Martial Law' by calling for public opinion verification."

Mayor Oh claimed that the Democratic Party's approval rating has reversed due to its "arrogance" to censor public sentiment while focusing on stabilizing people's livelihoods, "avoidance of responsibility" that only pollsters blame, and "childish politics" for Lee Jae-myung's bulletins.

At the same time, he stressed that the power of the people should use the Democratic Party as a counter-teacher to apply stricter standards on their own and put stability in state affairs and people's livelihoods first.
