In the impeachment trial of President Yoon Suk Yeol, a lawyer who argued that "it is inevitable, not coincidental, that the manufacturer of the National Election Commission's computer system is an affiliate of Ssangbangwool" was accused of defamation by spreading false information.

The Yongsan Police Station in Seoul launched an investigation yesterday afternoon (20th) after receiving a complaint against lawyer Bae Jin-han, the representative of President Yoon's impeachment trial.

Lawyer Bae argued at the second hearing of the impeachment trial on the 16th that the connection between the fraudulent election and the Chinese government was suspected, and said that the manufacturer of the computer system of the NEC is a subsidiary of Ssangbangwool, which is suspected of sending money to North Korea. The complainant

is 'B2N', a data processing IT company that participated in the operation of the NEC's computer system and was acquired by an affiliate of Ssangbangwool Group after withdrawing, and reportedly filed a complaint saying that it is clearly false to connect without considering the post-war relationship.

In addition, it is known that the operation of the NEC's computer system and remittance to North Korea have nothing to do with the 22nd parliamentary general election, especially last year's new project was won by another company.

Lawyer Kang Shin-up, who mentioned similar suspicions on his YouTube, and Lee Soo-jung, chairman of the People's Power Suwon-Jeong, who shared Jira-si on social media, were also accused and are investigating at Seocho Police Station and Suwon Nambu Police Station, respectively.
