The number of people traveling abroad through Incheon International Airport is expected to exceed 2.14 million this Lunar New Year holiday, the highest ever.

Incheon International Airport Corporation said it will implement special transportation measures for the Lunar New Year holiday from the 24th to February 2nd.

The total number of daily users is expected to exceed 2.14 million for 10 days, and the corporation explained that the number is 12.8% higher than the average of 190,000 on the Lunar New Year holiday last year.During the

Lunar New Year holiday, Incheon Airport is expected to have the most passengers and the most departing passengers on the 25th, and the most arriving passengers on the 30th.

In order to increase passenger convenience, the public corporation plans to ease terminal congestion by opening departure and arrival halls early and operating security checkpoints more than before.
