The New Reform Party has entered the process of a "party recall system" to force representative Heo Eun-ah to step down.

Floor leader Cheon Ha-ram, Supreme Council members Lee Ki-in and Jeon Sung-kyun, and policy committee chairman Lee Ju-young held an emergency supreme council meeting and voted to recall representatives Heo and Supreme Council members Cho Dae-won.

He then said that representative Heo and supreme council member Cho will be suspended immediately until the results of the party recall vote are announced, and during that period, floor leader Chun decided to serve as the party's acting leader.

Representative Heo responded on his SNS, saying that the party leader has the authority to convene a meeting no matter how urgent it is.

Like Lee Joon-seok, who faced Yoon Suk Yeol, he said he would resist unfair shrineization in the same way, signaling the possibility of legal action, such as applying for an injunction to suspend its effectiveness.
