A man in his 20s and others are accused of stealing about 900 million won from about 50 investors by deceiving them that they can buy public shares to be listed at low prices through social network services for six months from February last year.
They were found to have moved their offices four times to avoid police tracking.
The police are expanding their investigation, believing that there are more people who have committed similar crimes.
