While the government and political circles are expected to discuss the creation of an extra budget, the financial authorities said they are considering ways to resolve the difficulties of the vulnerable if the extra budget is pushed forward.

Kim Byung-hwan, chairman of the Financial Services Commission, said at a monthly press conference today (22nd), "As Acting President Choi Sang-mok hinted at additional consultations with the National Assembly, related discussions are expected to proceed within that framework."

He also explained that if the extra budget discussion begins in earnest, the demand survey of related ministries can be conducted, and that we are continuing to internally review whether there is a way to reduce the financial difficulties of small business owners and vulnerable groups.
