Yesterday (21st), the prosecution requested arrest warrants for 58 people, but most of them were arrested.
They are accused of entering the court and going on a rampage, destroying household appliances, assaulting the police, and blocking the vehicle of the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit.
The court found that all of those arrested were feared to flee and issued a warrant, and the two dismissed were determined to have no fear of fleeing or destroying evidence.
Earlier on the 20th, five people were first examined for arrest warrants on charges of assaulting police officers, but the court issued two and rejected the rest, saying there was no fear of destruction because most of the evidence was collected.
As a result, 58 of 63 people have been arrested so far in connection with the Western District Court riot.
The police are specifying additional participants through evidence videos, so the number of targets for investigation is expected to increase in the future.
The court removed large amounts of waste, including broken windows, on the day of the raid and began normal operations on Monday, the next day.
However, damaged outer walls and windows have not yet been restored.
The court plans to temporarily cover the broken outer wall tiles with sandwich panels by today (22nd), and replace them with the same finishing material in March.
The windows are blocked with plastic material, and they will be replaced by this Friday.
In addition, for the security of the building, the simple civil service consultation work has been suspended until this Friday, and only employees and trial parties are allowed to enter.
