Former Minister Kim is expected to reveal his discussions with President Yoon and the background of the declaration ahead of the declaration of martial law at the Constitutional Court tomorrow.

Particularly noteworthy is the process of writing martial law decree No. 1, which prohibits political activities of the National Assembly and political parties.

Earlier in the day, President Yoon said that former Minister Kim copied it incorrectly, and that the former Minister Kim's side had finally reviewed it, putting the blame on each other.
