I'm connecting with a reporter from the Constitutional Court. Reporter Cha Jung-yoon.
Who will be present at the witness questioning tomorrow?
[Reporter]
At 2:30 p.m. tomorrow, former Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun will appear in the first witness questioning of President Yoon's impeachment trial.
Former Minister Kim is expected to reveal his discussions with President Yoon and the background of the declaration ahead of the declaration of martial law at the Constitutional Court tomorrow.
Particularly noteworthy is the process of writing martial law decree No. 1, which prohibits political activities of the National Assembly and political parties.
Earlier in the day, President Yoon said that former Minister Kim copied it incorrectly, and that the former Minister Kim's side had finally reviewed it, putting the blame on each other.
As the statements of the head of the rebellion and the two men identified as key mission workers are mixed, a truth battle is expected in the witness newspaper tomorrow.

What is the schedule for the rest of the witness questioning?
[Reporter]
To date, there are nine people involved in the emergency martial law who have been adopted as witnesses.
The witnesses included former military generals and former Minister of Public Administration and Security Lee Sang-min, who were involved in the martial law incident, and among them, National Police Agency Commissioner Jo Ji-ho issued a statement of absence for health reasons.
Yesterday, the National Assembly asked President Yoon and his witnesses to be separated from each other when questioning witnesses. If President
Yoon continues to appear at the court in the future, he is concerned that it will be difficult for witnesses to make statements.
In response, Moon Hyung-bae, acting chief justice of the Constitutional Court, said he would go through a judge's review.
Today's review by the court is expected to determine whether to take separate measures.
