Hanjin ENI has fixed bid prices with two companies in 89 bids for scientific experiment-related equipment, including electronic scales, ordered by public institutions such as the Korea Nuclear Safety and Technology Institute for seven years since May 2015, the FTC said.
Hanjin E&I colluded with its representative's spouse company or employee company, and Hanjin E&I decided to deliver the goods regardless of who won the bid among the three companies, the FTC explained.
