Soybean Sprouts (300g), Salt, Water (3.6L)
TIP: Parboil the soybean sprouts in salted water.
2. Cool Down
Soybean Sprouts (300g), Ice Water
TIP: Put the parboiled soybean sprouts immediately in ice water.
