Russian President Vladimir Putin has stressed that he will achieve all his planned goals in Ukraine.
In a video message released to mark the second anniversary of Ukraine's annexation of the four regions, Putin said the truth was on Russia's side.
It also accused Western leaders of turning Ukraine into a colony and a military base aimed at Russia, fueling hatred and hostility toward Russia.
Russia has declared its annexation of Luhansk and Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson in the eastern regions since the invasion of Ukraine, but it has not taken full control of those regions.
