Earlier in April, suspicions were raised that a defective mirror without KS certification was constructed in the bathroom mirror room of a rental housing complex, and a total of 7,824 households were identified as defective mirrors after investigating the complex built after 2020.
In particular, 6,180 households, or 79% of the defective mirrors, said they took this action after confirming that Hansam, an interior and furniture company, was in charge of subcontractors.
LH also decided to file criminal charges against the construction company that installed the mirror, along with a six-month limit on bidding for the government-funded construction.
For the houses with the wrong mirrors installed, we are working on replacing them with KS certified mirrors, and we are aiming to complete them by the end of this month.
