In early May, the Gyeongnam Provincial Police Agency arrested and sent a man in his 30s on charges of kidnapping and killing a Korean tourist in Pattaya, Thailand, along with two other accomplices.
They are also accused of withdrawing 3.7 million won from the victim's account after the crime and threatening to call the victim's parents and send 100 million won.
It was investigated that A and others approached the victim through social network services when they made money through telephone financial fraud and did not make a profit.
