The military authorities have signed a contract with Poland to purchase small self-destruct drones, and have decided to complete the unit's actual deployment by December.

The Ministry of National Defense announced today (2nd) that a contract to introduce a self-inflicted drone "Warmate" between the Defense Acquisition Program Administration and Polish manufacturer WB Electronics was signed at KADEX, an international defense industry exhibition held at Gyeryongdae, Chungcheongnam-do.

He then explained that the purchase of the self-destructive drone was at the request of Poland, and that the military considered Poland's purchase of Korean weapons worth tens of trillion won.

also said it will begin shipping contracted supplies next month and will be deployed to Army operations units and drone operations command within this year, but did not disclose the details of the introduction.

The Womate is a small self-inflicted drone supported by Poland to Ukraine that can combine various warheads, including high bombs, and has a pneumatic launcher that bursts and fires compressed air cartridges.
