Yemen's pro-Iran Houthi rebels said they carried out a drone attack on Tel Aviv, Israel, on the 3rd local time.

Houthi spokesman Yahya Sarri said in a statement that the military operation was carried out to attack Tel Aviv's critical facilities.

"This operation successfully achieved the goal by reaching the drone without being detected or shot down by the enemy," he said.

In response, the Israeli military said only that it had intercepted a "suspicious aerial target" off the central coast, without giving details.
