Joint Chiefs of Staff "North Korea to float another garbage balloon...Possibility of Seoul Metropolitan Area Movement"

North Korea has been found to have floated another object believed to be a garbage balloon.

The Joint Chiefs of Staff said today (the 4th) that North Korea is again providing objects believed to be garbage balloons against the South, and there is a possibility that it will move to the metropolitan area, including northern Gyeonggi Province, considering the wind direction.

The Joint Chiefs of Staff asked to be careful about the drop of cargo, and if you find a fallen balloon, don't contact it and report it to a nearby military unit or police.

The Joint Chiefs of Staff also said on the 2nd that North Korea is providing objects believed to be garbage balloons against the South.
