The Seoul Central District Court ruled that CEO Song lost the plaintiff in a damage suit filed against the operator of the YouTube channel "Shin Eui-soo."
The court judged that the evidence submitted by CEO Song alone did not prove that the allegations were false.
He then explained that it is difficult to ask YouTube channels for the obligation to check facts equivalent to general broadcasters.
Earlier, Shin Eui-soo had CEO Song behind a chartered fraudster named Nam in Michuhol-gu, Incheon.Alternatively, they raised suspicions that the "Muksa-yeon," a supporters' organization outside of Song, is a window for illegal party leadership primary funds.
